At Karl Sandton, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Have all original tags, packaging, and labels attached

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sandton@karllagerfeld.co.za with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sandton@karllagerfeld.co.za with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
